To play the MP3 Lectures on a PC, download the free 1by1 Player (tiny, simple, reliable & doesn't need installation). It allows one to resume listening from where he has left last time, even after turning off & on the PC. Just unzip it anywhere on the PC & navigate once to the Lecture folder, from then on the Player will remember the location. To change the location just navigate again. The Player can also run from a CD, however it will not remember its last position & track, as it needs to write to his own file.

Back

To prepare an MP3 CD - simply copy the mp3 files to CD with whatever writing software you have, some have an option 'Make an MP3 CD' or similar. The CD will play in any MP3 capable CD Players, DVD Players, VCD Players etc.

To prepare a PC AutoRun MP3 CD CD Menu of the Lectures with 1by1 Player download InternetCD1.zip (~700 KB)CD tree structure (right-click , -> 'Save Target As...') This compressed file contains the CD structure with all necessary files. What you only have to do is to create a new folder, unzip the archive inside it, copy the downloaded Lecture, Exercise & Music files (preferably the mp3 VBR Pro, since their quality is higher) into their respective folders to substitute the empty sample files* and burn the entire content of the new folder, but not the folder itself, to a CD - it's that simple. This will give you a start up menu as the one on the picture.

*N.B. You can rename the Lecture, Exercise & Music files (just keep in mind that the names you give them will determine their order), however Do Not Change anything else in the CD structure, otherwise the CD will not function properly or not run at all.

To prepare AUDIO CD for CD Players from the MP3Pro file format you need a CD Burning software (best Ahead Nero, as it supports that file format, so the sound quality of the output CD will be better in the high frequency range), that normally comes with the CD Burner itself, and is capable of working with mp3 VBR Pro encoded files. The native burning software for Win XP cannot, it burns mp3 files as mp3, therefore they cannot be played in a standard CD Player, however
Windows Media Player 9 can do that, and it free.

In most software packages, once you open and select the type of CD you want to create, after that it's a matter of Dragging & Dropping the file to be burned.

To prepare a VIDEO CD (VCD) with the Exercises you will need a CD Burning software capable of burning VCD's, such as Ahead Nero. Then it is quite simple. Select the option of creating a VCD and drag & drop the .mpg files ExeInstr1 to 8 in numeric order. The burning of VCD's may turn tricky, if so, you will know it quickly, then just select a slow burning speed, x4 generally works fine.

To prepare a PC AutoRun VCD download (right-click, -> 'Save Target As...') en1.zip or en2.zip (~450KB each - screen shot on the left) screenshot en1.zipscreenshot en2.zipunzip into a new folder and while in your VCD burning software, drag & drop all the files from that folder into the tree structure of the VCD, an empty spot of any of the top 2 boxes (screenshot on the right from Ahead Nero), add the .mpg files in the bottom box & then burn a CD. The video files will be listed on the menu in a standard VCD folder 'MPEGAV' as AVSEQ01, 02 etc. - the standard VCD names. You may drop .mp3 files (let's say the Exercise Music), .doc, .pdf & .htm files (e.g. Falun Gong & Zhuan Falun) Achead Nero screenshotin any of the top 2 boxes. They will be accessible on the PC, but not on in a stand alone DVD/VCD Players. However MP3 capable VCD and DVD players will be able to play the .mp3 audio files.

Alternatively you may download LalimVCDPlayer.zip (46KB) (right-click , -> 'Save Target As...'), unzip it, and drop the .mpg Video files in the tree structure of the VCD in any of the top 2 boxes. The player makes use of Windows Media Player and "msvbvm60.dll" - common in most PC's. (If you do not have the .dll and wish to download it, simply make a search on, let's say Goggle, to get its location.)

To prepare Multimedia type PC AutoRun CD of the Falun Dafa materials, with the exception of the Video Lectures, download (right-click, -> 'Save Target As...') en1.zip or en2.zip (~450KB - same as above). This compressed archive contains the CD structure with all necessary files. What you only have to do is to create a new folder, unzip the archive inside it, copy the downloaded Video files .wmv, Exercise music, Lectures, Dafa Music & Books (the books are good to be in both .doc and .pdf formats), in their respective folders in the tree structure of the CD to substitute for the empty sample files*. Burn the entire content of the new folder to a CD.

*N.B. You can keep the same names as the one of the empty sample files for the video, audio & book files, or you can rename them, just keep in mind that the names you give will determine the order in which they will appear in the sub-menus. However Do Not Change any other names in the CD structure, otherwise the CD will not function properly, or not run at all.

To prepare Multimedia type PC AutoRun CD of the Video Lectures download (right-click, -> 'Save Target As...') Lectures.zip(~217KB), which contains the necessary files. What you only have to do is to create a new folder, unzip the archive inside it, copy the downloaded Video Lecture files .rm (optionally one can add the Exercise Video files .wmv or some Exercise music, or Dafa Music in mp3) & burn the entire content of the new folder to a CD.

*N.B. In rare cases some PC settings (fiddling with the registry) may not allow the AutoRun program to detect Real Player on the PC, although Real Player is installed and operational. In those cases one can play the files manually, by double clicking on them.
